FAQ’s

What do you serve at the café?

We offer a variety of baked goods as well as hot and cold drinks. We also offer a range of vegan, gluten and dairy free options. For allergen advice, please ask a member of the team.

Do we get to see the animals when we visit the café?

Yes, you will be able to see the animals from the café, they are in the adjacent field but for food hygiene reasons have to be kept separated by a 2nd fence.

Is there parking available on site?

Due to the rural location and limited access as well as respect to our neighbours, we request our visitors take advantage of the many foot paths and cycle paths in the area. The nearest public parking is located in Bromsgrove Town Centre, which is just over 1 mile / 20 min stroll across the fields through Sidemoor.

We do have some limited spaces available on site for those who require closer access and for our Alpaca Experience customers.

Do we have to book?

To visit the café does not require pre-booking.

Will we be able to feed the animals?

All animal interactions have to be pre-booked and will require a member of our team to accompany you. To book Alpaca Experiences please contact us for details.
Occasionally we offer drop in sessions which won’t require booking in advance, these will be advertised on our Facebook page.

What if I or a member of my group, is unable to walk long distances?

If you require parking please let us know in advance and we will be able to advise/make arrangements.
